hello watch lovers watches and wonders is here again it's the biggest watch industry event in the calendar and that means loads of new releases from all of the Best Brands so let's just get straight into it with this Roundup of the hottest new drops from Rolex and Tudor so starting with Rolex first of all we have the highly expected Oyster Perpetual land dweller Reinventing the present lays foundations for the future not my words the words of Rolex and all the that pretty much covers it let me elaborate slightly this is a watch designed for those well-rounded men and women who build their own Destinies seeing opportunity in every moment okay more specifically though this is a brand new model and it's a sportswatch with an integrated bracelet and it comes in two sizes 36 mm and 40 mm and it's available in various combinations of case and bracelet material and dial options so there's a white roller s version that's steel and white gold with a fluted bezel and white dial decorated with a laser cut honeycomb Motif here it is on the wrist of Roger federa officially this time there's 18 karat everose gold with white honeycomb dial and that's also available with diamond set markers and bezel and then there's also a 950 Platinum variation with an icy blue dial also available with diamonds and this is probably the one that I'll get um I just need to wait and see if I get any birthday money so the land dweller starts at around £12,000 for a 36 mm steel and white gold version and goes up to around 100,000 for the 40 mm Platinum version with the diamonds uh so I'll probably need around 10,000 times more birthday money than I usually get but anyway we'll see each one of these watches is paired with a new integrated bracelet the flat Jubilee as it's called and that features polished and satin finishing along with beveled out edges inside the watch and visible through the case back is the caliber 7135 it's a high beat automatic movement that runs at 36,000 beats per hour so you get a second hand that beats 10 times a second and it also boasts 66 hours of power reserve it comes equipped with a highly energy efficient dulse escapement and a state-of-the-art oscillator the dino pulse is unlike your typical escapements you'll find in other Rolexes and it features silicon distribution Wheels which have both teeth and blades and the components are all skeletonized in order to reduce the amount of energy required to engage them meanwhile the oscillator has a balanced staff of shaped white ceramic for increased strength and shock resistance so what do you guys think of the land dweller is this a dynamite home run from Rolex or is it more like the tiso PRX that we have at home let me know in the comments below next Rolex is releasing a version of its most hyped watch with with a dial in the most hyped color this is a new cosmograph Daytona in 18 karat yellow gold with a turquoise lacquer dial The Turquoise is contrasted with Punchy black sub dials and a black ceramic bezel and if you thought Rolex was over the color green then guess again guy because this is a new version of the GMT Master 2 left-handed winding Crown green and black bezel version but now with an 18 karat white gold case and a ceramic dial it's the first time Rolex has made a dial in ceramic and it comes in a green that matches the green half of the ceramic bezel insert and it's produced using the same material too so you get a perfect tonal Harmony there's also another new GMT Master 2 model and this one Bears a dial made from Tiger Iron which is a special stone acquired by petrifying Big Cats through ancient Swiss Alchemy techniques not really though it's actually a natural stone that's a combination of tiger's eye red jasper and hematite it has a unique appearance in warm Hues of brown and red and this watch comes in an 18 karat ever rose gold with the popular root beer style brown and black bezel insert and if there's some of you out there who aren't quite ready for land dwelling then there's a new offering in the sky dweller range with this new 42mm yellow gold version with a Sunray dial in a vibrant green there was also a bevy of new Oyster Perpetual models with soft pastel hue use in a matte lacer incidentally Matt lacer is a Moto GP Rider and an ambassador for Tio none of that's true what is true is the 28 mm Oyster Perpetual model gets a muted lavender dial the warm Sandy beige dial bcks the 36 mm model while the fresh pistachio green dial is bestowed verily upon the 41mm model the 41mm model also gets an updated case and a Slimmer clasp and then there's this new 1908 model mod in the form of an 18 karat yellow gold 39 mm with white dial type Deo and in a first for the collection it's on a bracelet it's a new style bracelet named settimo and it's exclusive to the 1908 line it's a bit like a Jubilee bracelet but with seven row links instead of five and to round out the new Rolex offerings there's a new datejust in 31 mm 18 karat yellow gold with diamond set bezel and markers in a fiery red ombre dial now ombre dial are distinctive for their concentric gradient progressing from a colored Center to a deep black around the edge so there you go next it's on to the new Tor watches for 2025 and if you predicted some variety of new black Bay then you were right well done you so first up is the New Black Bay 68 named after the year the brand first came up with its now signature snowflake hand this stainless steel model is the largest black Bay yet with a 4 43 mm case it boasts Master chronometer certification and comes with either a dark blue dial or a silver dial and both within a black bezel it's powered by the slightly larger in-house caliber Mt 5601 dasu which holds a 70h hour power Reserve as with previous black Bays it's water resistant to 200 M and both versions cost around £4,000 next we have a new pagos model that's for Big Boy diving this is the pagos ultra and it's depth rated to an incredible 1,000 M it comes in titanium is built for deep sea diving and uses blue loom colors on the dial and green on the minute hand for improved legibility in low light it's got a helium Escape valve and is also a hefty 43 mm in diameter and it comes on a titanium bracelet with an extra rubber strap provided the bracelet has also been completely redesigned with deep diving in mind this one costs £570 next next it's over to the black Bay 58 family to meet the new burgundy boys it's burgundy dials and bezels all around this watch is based on a similarly colored '90s Tudor submarin prototype that was never released it follows previous versions of the black Bay 58 and retains the same 39 mm case size but it now includes the new in-house caliber mt54 z-u complete with metas Master chronometer certification it comes on either a three link rivet style bracelet or a felink bracelet these come in at just under £4,000 while the Black Strap version is slightly less at £ 3,630 there's also a new black Bay Pro with an openline white dial that joins the black dial versions in the catalog now this is perhaps a fairly predictable release given that Rolex has both white and black dial versions of its dual time Explorer 2 which the black Bay Pro is influenced by besides the dial there's no change to the case size or movement with the same caliber mt5652 used in the black dial version and the water resistance is still 200 M this one comes on a choice of a three-link style bracelet NATO strap or hybrid leather and rubber strap bracelet versions cost £ 3,730 and both straps are £ 3,450 finally Tuda also released updated versions of its stainless steel black Bay Chrono models giving them updated rivet style bracelets inspired by the folding riveted bracelets made by Tuda in the 1950s and 1960s both bracelets feature Tudor's tfit rapid adjustment clasp and the three-link bracelet version is £ 4,930 and the F link bracelet version is £ 5,20 more links more
